Founded by survivors, BE LOUD was born from a shared commitment to turn silence into action. Founders Emily and Cyndi—both survivors of sexual and domestic abuse—joined forces to build the resource they wish they’d had.

Our Mission:

To disrupt the cycles of sexual and domestic abuse through innovative solutions and to relentlessly pursue a world free from abuse.

What we do:

We provide comprehensive resources to foster post-traumatic growth and individual autonomy. Through specialized education for survivors and advocates alike, we work to shift the cultural paradigm from trauma-informed care to empowerment-led living, promoting a deep understanding of the transformative potential inherent in every survivor.
